Eva Andressa – Biography
Eva Andressa was born on December 19, 1984, in Curitiba, Brazil, where she grew up. There is no information about her parents, siblings, or the school(s) she attended.
The now-famous model became unhappy with her appearance at the age of 17, she went to the gym and trained to get her desired body. Since she had no experience in the fitness field, she soon gave up after a few unsuccessful attempts, but this did not mean that she gave up her dream of a perfect body.
Soon she met Jardel Barros, who helped her make her dreams come true. Barros, who later became her husband, helped her train and in a year Eva is an athlete and the rest is history.

She Doesn’t Have A Workout Plan
That doesn’t sound like the conventional thing, from and about fitness models, does it? Well, even though the training plan may work for other fitness models, Eva says that it doesn’t apply to her, but that she simply trains what she feels is necessary for the day, and that would be it.
However, when preparing for a competition, she trains 40 minutes per session twice a day, focusing on aerobic exercises. But now that she has left her career as a competitor behind, she trains three times a week.
Interestingly, Eva no longer trains for her rib cage, biceps, and triceps, as she believes these body parts are her ideal size.
She Does Have A Nutrition Plan
Do you all think she has no menu either? Well, she has a diet like any other fitness model.
Her diet focuses on lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables. She eats only carbohydrates during the day and then changes to proteins and vegetables from 6 pm, she believes her body will respond well to this combination.

Her Competitions And Wins
After a year of training, Eva got the body she wanted and with the help of her husband and coach, she entered her first competition at the age of 21 – the NABBA Lobo Bravo Cup in her home country – and walked away as the winner.
The following year she continued her career by competing in the 2006 NABBA Parana Championships in Brazil, and again she walked away with the trophy.
In 2008 and 2009 she participated in the IFBB Body Fitness competitions in Brazil and in the IFBB South America Championship, finishing first and third overall.

After gaining popularity through social media, her popularity continued to grow in 2010 when she appeared on a celebrity television show in Brazil – Programa do Jo. In order to give something back to her society, Eva set out to get her own TV show that would allow her to reach more people and spread her love of fitness.
Her dreams came true in 2015 when she launched her own television show called Dica Fitness. On the show, she interviews famous athletes and talks about her travels.
