The Goss story begins in Valencia, California, where she was born Kelli Amanda Goss on February 1, 1992. In her television debut in My Name is Earl, Kelli played the role of a 13-year-old teenager named Joy in the first episode. In 2009, in her second episode of the series, she played a real-time aging Joy, who was now 15 years old. She ended the year with performances in the United States of Tara as Adina, True Jackson VP as Monique, and Hannah Montana as Chelsea.
