Catherine “Kit” Hoover was born on 29 July 1970 and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. There is no information about her parents, siblings or early childhood, but according to the report, she is of Irish descent with US citizenship and attended the Marist School in Atlanta, where she was recognized as an athletics star for her great athletic abilities and won both the mile and two-mile races three years in a row.
