The American film star was born on July 31, 1990, as Ruby Wylder Rivera Modine, and her birth took place in the Californian city of Los Angeles in the United States. Ruby was born into an American family and is the daughter of Matthew Modine and his wife Caridad Rivera. She has American citizenship and is of Puerto Rican, Spanish, African descent on her mother’s side and English, Scottish and German descent on her father’s side.
