She is the eldest of five daughters (Amy, Jessica, Emily, Cami, and Lindsey) born to her parents Bill and Linda Freeze. Amy was in the class of the Jeffersonville High School in Jeffersonville, Indiana in 1992. During the college phase of her education, she returned to her birthplace, Utah, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Young University in 1995 in Provo.

With a keen interest in journalism, she worked as a meteorologist and co-host of 10! for NBC’s WCAU in Philadelphia, which served as live entertainment for four years in the early years of her career. She then worked as a replacement for NBC’s Weekend Today and MSNBC at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

KWGN and KMGH in Denver, Colorado, were also among the places where she worked. However, her broadcasting career began on Good Day Oregon at KPTV in Portland, Oregon. Gary is from Northridge, California, and of Scottish descent. Since his early days, he always had health care as his preferred profession and therefore he was an assistant to a chiropractor while he was studying. From 1995 to 1998 he continued his education and earned his doctorate with Magna Cum Laude at Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. Gary also studied Muscle Activation Techniques in Chicago.

After shifting his practice from injury healing to weight loss, he now owns and operates his Body Reset project. Together with his business partner, he uses homeopathic products to achieve great results in the weight loss process.
