John Cho is a talented Korean-American actor and music artist. He began his acting career back in the 1990s with stage appearances as a member of an LA-based theater organization. John Yohan Cho was born on 16 June 1972 in Seoul, South Korea. His father, however, is originally from North Korea. At the age of 6, his family moved to the United States. His father was a Christian minister, so they lived in various cities such as Houston and Seattle before finally settling in Los Angeles, California.
John Cho received his high school education at Herbert Hoover High School in Glendale, California, and graduated in 1990. He completed his college education at the University of California at Berkeley and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 1996.
