Kelly Preston’s Husband – Relationship With John Travolta
Although currently married to John Travolta, Kelly Preston was once married to Kevin Gage from 1985 to 1987. After her marriage to Gage broke down, she dated George Clooney and later Charlie Sheen, with whom she became engaged in 1990, but in 1991 she finally made the alliance with Travolta.
John Travolta and Kelly Preston first met in 1987 when they shot The Experts. Kelly was married to Gage at the time, and John was dating Marilu Henner. After divorcing Gage, Kelly and John began to meet, and in 1991 they were married in a quiet but romantic wedding in Paris, France. The couple, both loyal members of the Church of Scientology, wanted the wedding ceremony to be performed by a Scientologist. Therefore, a second wedding ceremony was required, which took place in Daytona Beach, Florida, just one week after the first.
The couple has remained together ever since and had three children – Jett (1992 – 2009), Ella Bleu (2000), and Benjamin (2010).
Jett was only two years old when he was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease (a condition common in children), which causes arthritis. He also had asthma and autism, these health conditions affected his development, both physically and mentally. He died in January 2009 after banging his head on a bathtub with his family during the Christmas holidays at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island in his family home. In memory of Jett, John Travolta established the Jett Travolta Foundation, an NGO dedicated to helping children with special needs.

Unfortunately, the marriage between the two is tainted with too many rumors. In 2010, Travolta was caught by paparazzi kissing another man on the mouth, causing everyone, including his wife, to wonder if he was gay, but he denied the rumors.
Moreso, there have been rumors lately that the couple may soon go to court to end their 26-year marriage, but neither party has confirmed this. We only hope that in the end, these rumors are mere rumors.
