London King was born in Ohio, the United States of America, the son of David King and Paula King. She grew up in Wellstone, Ohio, alongside her brother William Scott King.
She started her modeling career with several commercials on television before she finally got a chance in Hollywood. As an actress, King has played rather supporting roles in some movies. She is best known for roles in films such as A Better Way to Die (2000) in which she played the role of Cheryl, Raw Fish (2001) in which she appeared as Jade, and The Calling (2002) as the character Ruby Jenkins.

While pursuing her acting and modeling career as a teenager, she had a love affair with a mysterious man, and this relationship produced her first child Noah King, born in August 1986. In 1988 she then met her ex-husband, actor, and comedian Rob Schneider, who is best known for his roles in comedy films such as Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, The Benchwarmers, The Hot Chicks, and Grown Ups. Rob and London got married in Vegas. The marriage, which in 1989 produced a daughter, Tanner Elle Schneider (now known as Elle King), was short-lived, however, as the couple divorced after two years. The former lovebirds have since moved on, as Rob is currently married to Patricia Azarcoya Schneider, who is a television producer, while King is married to the musician Justin Tesa.
