Sean Stephenson is a man you need to know about, especially if you are struggling with uncertainty and a self-image. He was born on May 5, 1979, as Sean Clinch Stephenson at Chicago Children’s Hospital, Chicago Illinois, USA. On the day of his birth, doctors quickly discovered that Stephenson suffered from a rare genetic disorder known as osteogenesis imperfecta, which in plain English means brittle bone disease.
As the name suggests, the disease causes the sufferer to develop brittle bones that are difficult to break. As a result, the victim develops stunted growth. On the day of his birth, doctors had not given him more than 24 hours to live, as many of his bones had been shattered during delivery. Fortunately, Stephenson survived the first, second, and third day and continued to live like any other human being on this planet.
However, his upbringing was far removed from that of any other normal child. Young Stephenson had to grow up in terrible pain, and as he grew up, he began to suffer from insecurity. Fortunately, Stephenson was able to overcome this insecurity and soon began to motivate others how to deal with mental illness cancer.
When he was a teenager, Stephenson started making speeches. Thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation, Sean Stephenson was able to meet with his idol and motivational speaker, Tony Robbins. Thanks to Robbins’ invaluable tips, Stephenson became just a better person, improving not only his career but also his health.

Determined to break down the apparent barriers of life, Stephenson enrolled at DePaul University to earn a degree in political science. He graduated in 2001, and while at school he worked with Bill Clinton’s campaign teams and Illinois Congressman Bill Lipinski. Also in 2001, the year he graduated from college, Stephenson published his first book, “How You(th) Can Succeed! How You(th) Can Succeed! turn dreams into reality for young adults”.
He also put his cape back on and continued to use his motivational words to save destinies. Passionate about the influence he was exerting on the lives of those seeking answers to personal questions, Stephenson returned to school to learn more about therapy. He enrolled at Bennett/Stellar University, known for its specialty in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming. He also studied at the American Pacific University, now the University of Kona, where he earned his doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy.
Sean Stephenson is now a certified therapist and works from his office in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. In 2009 Sean published his second book “Get Off Your “But”: How to Stop Self Sabotage and Stand Up for Yourself”. As a motivational speaker, Sean is paid between 10,000 and 30,000 dollars per speech.
Family – His Wife (Mindie Kniss)

Stephenson is married to another motivational speaker, Mindie Kniss. He met her in 2009 through a mutual friend, and they were engaged on May 14, 2011. On September 14, 2012, they entered into a marriage. Sean’s wife was born on October 2, 1978 (same birthday as Mahatma Gandhi), so both are of the same age. She is 4 feet 11 inches tall.
The couple met when Mindie was going through a difficult time in their lives. In 2008 she was laid off twice by the same company, whereupon she set out to become an entrepreneur, which soon brought her debts of about 1000,000 dollars. Eventually, she overcame this crisis and now devotes her time to developing her lucrative business of training people in business and personal development.
Mindie Kniss is an ONTRAPORT certified consultant and has given a speech to the National Speakers Association. She has degrees in theology, creative writing, and philosophy. In addition to managing her company Lucra, Kniss is the host of the BizReads podcast.

Stephenson and his wife have been victims of online trolls since their marriage, mainly targeting their sex life.
