Emmanuelle Sophie Anne Chriqui, better known as Emmanuelle Chriqui, is a Canadian film and television actress known for her role as Lorelei Martins in the television series The Mentalist and for her portrayal of Daila, the love encounter of the character of Adam Sandler in You Don’t Mess with the Zohan.
The Canadian beauty also starred in these 2014 films, Fort Bliss, A Short History of Decay, Men at Work, and Beware the Batman. She also played the role of Veronica in the drama Cleaners.

Emmanuelle Chriqui was born in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) on December 10, 1975, the daughter of her parents Liliane and Albert Chriqui. Her nationality is Canadian, while she belongs to the Sephardic, Jewish ethnic group. While her father was born in Rabat, her mother is from Casablanca, both in Morocco. However, when she was only two years old, her Moroccan parents moved to Toronto, Ontario, where she grew up with her two older siblings, her brother Serge and sister Laurence.
She graduated from Unionville High School, where she took acting lessons. However, her interest in acting was awakened by her mother who encouraged her to pursue a career as an actress. Unfortunately, her mother, who had brought her in this way, died when she (Emmanuelle) was 16 years old before she could even advance in her career. Nevertheless, she grew up to a prominent actress over the years who is widely recognized for her talent and abilities.
When she was just 10 years old, Emmanuelle’s acting career began with her appearance in a McDonald’s commercial. She did a few more commercials, but that wasn’t what she wanted.
