Jack Pattillo is best known as the co-founder of Achievement Hunter, a video game company that is part of the parent company Rooster Teeth Productions. Pattillo started the company with one of Rooster Teeth’s founding members, Geoff Ramsey.

Jack Shannon Pattillo was born on January 3, 1982, in Austin, Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin. From 2000 to 2005 he spent five years at the institution and graduated with a degree in filmmaking.
Pattillo’s career in the film industry began in February 2006, when he was brought on board as Creative Video Producer by Aspyr Media. He held this position until December 2008. However, a few years earlier, in 2001, he began working as a writer for Ain’t it Cool News, a responsibility he held for over eight years, culminating in July 2009.
A few months after leaving Aspyr Media, he was hired by Rooster Teeth Productions, a media and entertainment company in Austin, Texas. Here Jack works as a senior producer at Achievement Hunter, one of the subsidiaries of Rooster Teeth. Achievement Hunter is the brainchild of Jack Pattillo and Geoff Ramsey, one of Rooster Teeth’s key employees.

Achievement HORSE
Jack and Geoff work together on almost every project. One of their crowning achievements was the launch of Achievement HORSE, a weekly video game series. In this series, Jack and his partner receive player-created cards along with clips played to help them complete them. Pattillo and Geoff then attempt to complete these missions as they compete against each other. The game is played in such a way that the loser receives a letter in the word “HORSE” for each round in which the card is completed. For each loss, one letter is won until the complete word is spelled out.
The video game series gained so much popularity that Pattillo and Ramsey sometimes decided to shorten the game time by playing a shortened version of the game they called Achievement PIG. As the game gained popularity, other personalities from the company began to get involved. This inspired a spin-off series called Achievement HORSE One-Handed Edition. Here, other employees try to complete the card with one hand, with each of them having three options to do so. The competition grew to such an extent that Jack began to organize annual knockout tournaments.
Pattillo’s Fails of the Weak series
Jack Pattillo and Geoff Ramsey are also known for launching the equally popular halo-based series Fails of the Weak. In this series, both men put together interesting video clips sent in by members of their audience and created a montage of these clips while spicing them up with their unconventional comments. These video clips contain everything from gameplay clips and failures to Halo 4 glitches and more. Since its inception, the series has grown into a huge YouTube channel that has featured other personalities without Jack or Geoff being there.
Voicing roles and other endeavors
Besides working with Geoff on Achievement Hunter, Jack Pattillo has also been involved in other projects, some of them independently of Rooster Teeth Productions.
He has worked occasionally with the Drunk Tank team and was a regular co-host of the Achievement Hunter Weekly Update (AHWU) with Geoff Ramsey. Jack has also lent his voice to various animation projects. From 2008 to 2002 he was involved in four episodes of the animated series Red vs. Blue, in which he expressed the character known as Murphy. From 2010 to 2016 he also appeared in 13 episodes of the television series Rooster Teeth’s Rooster Teeth Shorts. By the next year, he was featured in nine episodes of Schooled.
Other projects he was involved in include Somehow Funny: The Animated Series; The Lifestyle Classic; The Eleven Little Roosters, RWBY; and Uno: The Movie.

Jack did not have to search the corners of the earth to find love; he just had to go to work. Jack Pattillo met Caiti Ward after he had been brought on by Rooster Teeth. Caiti, like her husband, is a voice actress and model. She is known for her association with Jack’s employer, Rooster Teeth, and has worked with them on several projects.
She and Jack were both involved in projects like iBlade, and RWBY. Caiti has also been in other movies and television series like The Strangerhood 2, Presence, Macabre, Givertaker, and Day 5. Ward is also a butterfly ambassador for Life Changing Experiences Foundation, an organization in Australia focused on improving lives.
It is unclear exactly when Jack and Caiti became an item, however, the couple got hitched on November 12, 2013.
