Lil Wayne’s teeth, what does that mean, huh? The rapper/lyricist had all his teeth set in diamonds, popularly known as “grills.” Weezy has a whopping $150,000 in his mouth and from his ‘Days and Days’ lyrics, that makes his words worthwhile. Although this is highly unlikely, we will leave this to him. The grills have become an integral part of his appearance and we can hardly remember him without them, as is the case with his numerous tattoos.
It’s easy to overlook the fact that he’s had some people’s salaries in his mouth for 10 years, considering that his father, Birdman, spent half a million on his barbecues. Not half a million Zimbabwean dollar people, but US dollars all the way.
The grills are not as completely useless as some of us would suspect, the expensive jewellery of the rapper also serves as braces, very expensive braces anyway. In 2010 Lil Wayne’s teeth became more popular when a controversy broke out. Got curious? The rapper was caught in possession of a pistol and there was serious speculation about his very expensive jewellery, which followed him to prison.

Apparently there were no laws clearly stating that the artist was not allowed to put his ‘expensive braces’ behind bars, but some problems with the barbecue delayed the conviction for a few weeks. According to TMZ, we were told that it was a marathon session where eight root canals were ‘stomach-turning’ at once. We were also told that during the eight-hour procedure Wayne worked on his barbecue, replaced several dental implants, added more implants and had the few real teeth he had left repaired”.
We learn so many lessons just by watching Lil Wayne’s life unfold, the one we take away with us today is that $150,000 diamond teeth probably require $150,000 maintenance.
Lil Wayne’s Baby Mamas
Lil Wayne has everything that makes a person with baby mama drama, he certainly has other kinds of drama. The rapper may turn other aspects of his life upside down, but his relationship with his family is very commendable. He has four children from different mothers and none of them goes at each other’s throats, they actually get along very well.
His first baby mum, who has also won the title of wife, is Antonia ‘Toya’ Wright. Weezy met the mother of his only daughter at the age of 12 in New Orleans, and 2 years later Toya was pregnant and carried her first child Reginae Carter.
On November 29, 1998, when she was only 15 and Weezy 16 years old, Reginae was born. Weezy continued his career as a rapper to provide for his family. Six years later(2004) the couple was married and only 2 years later they separated due to personal differences and got divorced. They still maintain a good relationship and raise their daughter together.
Baby mama number 2, is Sarah Vivian, the mother of Dwayne Michael Carter III. Weezy met the mother of his second child at one of his concerts in 2005 and had an occasional relationship with her. The little boy, popularly known as ‘Lil Tuney’ by his family members, was born on 22 October 2008. Sarah has long since left her life behind and has another daughter, Essence. Nevertheless, she is still good friends with the rapper.
When Weezy Lauren first met London, she was 15 years old, the year was 1998, the place was the Universal Citywalk in California. There were signs that the rapper was taken with her in some of his early songs like ‘California Love’, ‘Young’n Blues’ and his ‘Fronting Freestyle’. Rumour has it that they were secretly engaged at some point, but once again personal differences got in the way. We’re beginning to see a pattern here, Weezy.
The couple, if we can call them that, gave birth to a son on September 9, 2009. Little Cameron Carter was born almost a year after his older brother.
His youngest baby mama is the singer Nivea B. Hamilton, the two met in 2002 and their relationship blossomed. They even did a song together called ‘She feel me’. Later that year their 8-month engagement was announced. Apparently Weezy wanted to settle down with his first love, Toya, instead and that was the last we heard of it.
This obviously had no impact on their friendship, as 7 years later, on November 30th 2009, she gave birth to her last child Neal Carter. Does anyone else find it a little bit amazing that he was born only 2 months after his brother Cameron? Even after that they still remain friends. Weezy’s clan is very closely knit and they all managed to get along with each other.

Lil Wayne’s Girlfriend
Since he already had 5 girlfriends last year, you have to hand it to the rapper, he is a womanizer. Although we’re confused whether to commend him for going through girlfriends so quickly. It would take the whole day and another day to get the full picture of his love life. So here’s what we found out. The last time we heard about the star’s love life was when he was with a 19-year-old stripper sometime in May this year. There were several videos of him and a stripper named Royalty (very stylish).
Apart from that, the rapper dated some famous ladies. After the end of his long engagement with Dhea Sodano, Weezy went out with Christina Milian, Sylver Karatz, Paris Richards and Patricia Caves. This is less than a cross-section, but it should be enough because it would take more than a few minutes to name them all. Rumour has it that he is back together with Dhea Sodano, but only time will tell.
