Who Is Enji Night?
Although she is more popular as Enji-Night and most people think it is her real name, the cosplayer was born on September 30th, 1991 in Hungary, Budapest, as Anna Redei. Although not much is known about her upbringing and family background, it is known that she grew up as a very shy and lonely child.
It is not yet known where she started school, but because of her love for fashion and design, she decided to study fashion design at the university.
As one of the most versatile cosplayers around, Enji started working professionally in 2009 when she was 18 years old. What attracted her at that time was her love for anime, just like she played online roleplaying games, which sparked her interest in the way characters dressed in the games and the anime. That became the kick for her. Since then she has traveled to different parts of the world for cosplay functions, including Tunisia and the Philippines.
In 2011, Night launched her YouTube channel but did not follow it up seriously. By the beginning of the second half of 2018, she was only able to post 9 videos. Nevertheless, it has collected almost half a million hits and over 15 thousand subscribers on the channel.
As mentioned above, in addition to the costume roles she plays, Night is also a model, and there have been invitations to participate in film productions. In fact, Anna Redei is said to have been invited to the fantasy film “Sucker Punch”, but she did not accept the role.
